Wow.
The web design community is pretty floored right now. Macromedia's gained a reputation of being a fast-moving innovator in direct competition to Adobe...they're the people who saw the potential of new media (and they gave us Flash!). Having them merged with Adobe doesn't sound like a great thing.
Excellent...everything is proceeding as I have forseen.

hopefully Adobe will provide huge discounts on an Illustrator/Indesign/photshop/Macromedia student suite.
