No, it doesn't validate. But still, it's probably the largest Fortune 500 company to take a step in that direction. This bodes well for the growth of web standards in 2006.
Might as well disclose, I'm a web developer for Intel. I wasn't intimately involved with the redesign, and I probably won't talk about it much here.
